This intro class to Ibispaint is a perfect place to begin! Ibispaint has a free program: IbisPaint X (which includes ads) and Ibispaint (no adds, cost of roughly 7.99USD). THERE ARE MANY CONCEPTS THAT ARE PRESENTED IN THIS CLASS- Please don't assume that your student is too advanced for this first class. It will cover all of the basics- and more-needed to begin creating great art! What will we learn? How to work in the gallery and create custom canvases that will work with digital art and printed forms. Tools and how to use them. What are layers and do I really need them? The exciting world of brushes! How to import and export out of Ibispaint. Perfect shapes are easy! What are the shortcuts and how do I navigate through the program? In addition, Transformation tools, smudge tools and brushes (more advanced that gaussian blur), shadows, highlights. Backgrounds, eraser tool cheats. We will learn all of this and MORE in a fun, encouraging fast paced classroom environment. THIS IS THE BEST PLACE TO START YOUR IBISPAINTJOURNEY. In my experience, across the board, students that skip this class are not equipped for the rest of my classes. You can do this- and I can show you how!!

Cancellation Policy

Full refund if you withdraw from a class within 24 hours of payment, including the initial sign-up. This includes 1-on-1 classes, group classes, and weekly enrollment in group classes. You can also receive a refund for your most recent payment if you withdraw within 24 hours of purchase before the first meeting of the payment period. However, you are no longer eligible for a full refund once your first class meeting begins. Stopping your subscription after class begins or after the 24 hour period will stop any future charges, but will not result in a refund of your most recent payment.
